If you are not happy with any ChangeOut jewelry item(s) you purchase from us, return it to us for a 100% full refund. If you would simply like to exchange your item, please contact us using the form below.
We will process and ship your ChangeOut jewelry (or gifts) within 1-2 business days after receipt of your order.
We ship your ChangeOut jewelry via USPS (United States Postal Service). You will be able to select the delivery cost and speed during your checkout process.
We use 30%-40% less materials in our jewelry due to the unique 1 chain to many pendants design. We also recycle some "gently used" jewelry parts into some of our ChangeOut pendants- reducing the need to continually consume new resources. ChangeOut Jewelry is shipped in a single reusable bag.
You will receive a personal jewelry polishing cloth to keep your ChangeOut jewelry clean and bright! Please wipe the chain after wearing. If you ordered a silver-colored piece of jewelry, you will also receive an anti-tarnish tab. We recommend storing your pendant and chain in the original bag.
